Ahafo Community Bank Limited, like any other Financial Institution, ought to have a clear Corporate Plan or Strategic Direction to enable it to achieve its goals. The Board of Directors of Ahafo Community Bank Limited have put together this Corporate Plan for the period 2022 to 2027 to give direction and position the Bank to become a major player in the financial sector of Ahafo Region in particular and Ghana at large.

This Corporate Plan or Direction is to provide a broader framework to be adopted and used by the Board of Directors, Management and the Staff of the Bank to achieve its goals and objectives. The Board of Directors, Management and Staff of the Bank shall review and update the plan annually as needed.
